Erdogan emphasized Türkiye’s consistent position on Crimea, stating that its return is a requirement of international law. He also expressed hope for further steps to protect the rights of Crimean Tatars and stressed the importance of a just peace to end the war, based on Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
